Meet & greet upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport. Our representative will assist with your transfer to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. Gangtok caters to all, from those seeking tranquility to adventure. It is a land of monasteries, mystic rituals, and festivals, situated at an elevation of 1,670 meters (5,480 feet), making it one of the most visited spots in India. This beautiful town is renowned for its variety of rhododendrons, orchids, and butterflies. The journey is approximately 125 kilometers and takes about 4 ½ to 5 hours. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and rest for the day. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
About Gangtok:
Situated at an altitude of 5,480 feet, Gangtok became the state capital in the mid-19th century and has undergone rapid development since then. The downtown area is dominated by large government buildings adorned with traditional Buddhist symbols. Gangtok also serves as a resting ground for travelers heading to North Sikkim. Surrounded by monasteries and orchids, Gangtok is truly a traveler’s delight.
Today, embark on a memorable excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft), one of the highest altitude lakes in the Himalayas. This beautiful oval-shaped lake is nearly 1 km long, with an average depth of 50 ft, and is situated in the eastern Sikkim Himalayas. Continue your drive to the Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial (13,000 ft/15 km/30 minutes). Return to Gangtok. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive to Pelling. On arrival, check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, proceed to Pelling (6,300 ft) via Samdruptse and Siddheshwara Dham in Namchi. On arrival in Pelling, check in to your hotel and rest for the day.
After breakfast, begin your local sightseeing tour, covering Pemayangtse Monastery, the Sky Walk, Rabdentse Ruins, and the New Helipad Ground. Later, transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 ft). Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Early morning (at 4:00 am), drive to Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft), the world’s 3rd highest peak. On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (closed on Thursdays), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (closed on Sundays), Tea Garden (Chitray outer view), Ropeway, and Japanese Temple. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
The early morning visit to Tiger Hill will depend on token availability. If the morning visit is not confirmed, an evening visit will be arranged, time permitting.
After breakfast, pick up from the hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey. The tour ends here.
