No changes or cancellations are allowed after departure.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
Up to 45 days before departure: 10% charge
44-31 days before departure: 25% charge
30-15 days before departure: 50% charge
14-8 days before departure: 75% charge
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund (100% charge)
In case of a medical emergency, a documented medical excuse from a hospital or doctor may waive cancellation charges. The refunded amount will be issued as a credit shell valid for a specific timeframe for future bookings.
Airline tickets with non-refundable fares are subject to a 0% refund. For refundable fares, cancellation charges may apply, and a credit note will be issued for the remaining amount.
